Horses
- Sales and Training.
|
| The ranch was legally established as primary
agricultural land use in 2001 and is a private working space primarily
for the benefits of those who raise and train horses here. One of the primary activities of the Joshua Tree Ranch
is the business of breeding, raising,
training horses, or what is generally thought of as
animal husbandry. These horses are often sold or leased and
sometime kept for more breeding. While this website may also market other peoples horses, as a courtesy to them, provided they have been
with our trainer and boarded at the Ranch for more that a month prior to
the beginning offered for sale, we are not in the business of
wholesale trade of livestock. This website features some horses
that are available for sale (see Featured
Horses below), but to get the most up to date list, please

Liability Waivers |
| All interested parties may see horses by appointment only and must
sign liability waivers prior to entering the Ranch. No exceptions. |

Sales Policy |
| All known defects in animals feature on this website are disclosed, but all sales made
without any expressed or implied warranties, except in some cases the
seller may represent and warrant that certain medical shots had been
received, but only if it is in writing and only if accompanied by
veterinary documentation All sales are final by cash or
cashiers check. Credit Cards not accepted. UNLESS
REPRESENTED AND WARRANTED IN WRITING, ALL OTHER EXPRESSED WARRANTIES,
AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. All sales
